Hello! Thank you for checking out my blog. I am writing it as an emotional and healing release. I also hope that it encourages others who may be on the same or similar journey.

When I was diagnosed with breast cancer in May 2024, it upended my life and began to change everything! My life, attitude, perspective, thoughts, priorities. As crazy as this sounds, I chose to see this in a positive light. At the end of this journey, I will be a better version of my former self. Don't wait until you get a life changing diagnosis to examine your life. Take this journey with me as I elaborate.
